The short version
We use no trackers, no advertising pixels and no third-party analytics. This site does not follow you around. The data you send us sits on our own servers and exists for exactly one purpose: to answer your request and work on your task.
Who processes the data
RONA is a team of IT engineers based in Kyiv. Questions about data: hello@rona.best. We answer every message.
What we receive
From the contact form: your name, a contact (phone, email or Telegram), your message, plus the page you sent it from, the interface language and the time of sending. You provide all of it voluntarily and decide how much to write.
From correspondence: if you write to us by email, Telegram or WhatsApp, the content is stored in our client system so we keep the context and do not ask you the same things twice.
From web server logs: the requested address, time and browser type. These are standard service records needed to diagnose failures and protect against abuse.
What we do not do
There is no Google Analytics and no other external analytics on this site. No advertising pixels from Meta, LinkedIn or anyone else. No tracking cookies. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
The only thing this site stores in your browser is your chosen appearance, light or dark theme. It is a technical entry in localStorage: it holds no personal data and is never sent to us.
Where the data lives
On our own servers, managed by RONA. Our client system and mail server are self-hosted — we do not use third-party cloud CRMs, so your data does not spread across outside services. It is the same model we build for our clients.
If you contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp, the rules of that messenger also apply to delivering the message — that part is outside our control.
How long we keep it
Requests and correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our work together. Server logs: a limited period, enough for diagnostics.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for full deletion. Write to hello@rona.best — we will do it without red tape and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date below the text.
